These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Petohra, including your account, AI-generated pet cards, credits, digital downloads and any physical products offered through the website.

By creating an account, purchasing credits or products, or otherwise using Petohra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases through Petohra. Users under 18 may use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure and for activity performed through your account.

You may not sell or transfer your account, impersonate another person, create accounts using false information or use multiple accounts to bypass payment or usage restrictions.

We may restrict, suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, fraud or abuse has occurred, or continued access presents a security or legal risk.

You retain ownership of photographs and other content you upload to Petohra.

You confirm that you own the uploaded content or have the rights and permissions necessary to use it. You must not upload content that infringes another person's privacy, copyright, trademark or other legal rights.

You grant Petohra a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to process, copy, resize and transmit your uploaded content only as necessary to operate the service and provide the requested AI generation.

You must not upload illegal, abusive, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive or otherwise harmful content. We may reject or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Petohra uses artificial intelligence to create artistic fantasy interpretations based on uploaded pet photographs and the information you provide.

Certain card characteristics are generated automatically. This includes the pet's Aura, rarity, statistics, attacks, abilities and other collectible characteristics.

Aura and rarity are part of the awakening process and are not selected by the user during normal card generation.

AI-generated results naturally vary. Petohra does not guarantee an exact resemblance, particular composition, specific artistic result or that every generated card will match your personal expectations.

Minor differences, artistic interpretations, unexpected visual details and variation between generations are inherent characteristics of AI-generated artwork and do not by themselves mean that the service is defective.

Credits are digital units used to generate Petohra cards. The number of credits required is displayed before you confirm a generation.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users and cannot be resold or exchanged outside Petohra.

A credit is consumed when a generation request is successfully submitted and processed.

Because AI-generated artwork is inherently variable, dissatisfaction with the artistic style, composition, Aura, rarity or other generated characteristics does not entitle a user to restoration of a successfully used credit.

If a generation cannot be completed because of a verified technical failure within Petohra and no usable card is delivered, Petohra may restore the affected credit.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Current prices are displayed on the website or during checkout before you confirm a purchase.

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes where relevant, will be displayed before payment is completed.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or another payment provider shown during checkout. Petohra does not store your complete payment-card details.

A purchase is completed only after payment has been successfully authorized.

We may refuse or cancel a transaction where payment cannot be verified, a clear pricing or technical error has occurred, fraud or abuse is suspected, or we are unable to provide the purchased product or service.

Petohra provides digital content including AI-generated pet cards and downloadable high-resolution artwork.

Completed cards may be saved to My Cards so that you can view and download your collection through your account.

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing copies of digital content that you wish to keep. We aim to maintain access through your account but do not guarantee permanent storage unless explicitly stated.

Where applicable law requires consent before immediate delivery of paid digital content begins, the required consent and acknowledgement may be requested during the purchase or generation process.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Petohra grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use your generated card artwork for private, non-commercial purposes.

You may download, display, print and share your own Petohra card for personal use.

You may not resell generated artwork, offer it as a competing commercial product, use it as a trademark or commercially exploit Petohra-branded card designs without our prior written permission.

The Petohra name, logo, website design, software, card templates and other platform materials remain owned by Petohra or its licensors.

Petohra may offer personalized physical products based on generated artwork. Product availability, pricing and delivery information will be shown where applicable.

Physical products may be produced and fulfilled by third-party providers such as Printful.

Because personalized products are created specifically using your generated artwork, different legal rules may apply to cancellation or withdrawal compared with standard non-personalized products.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights relating to products that are defective, damaged or otherwise not supplied as required by applicable law.

You must not use Petohra for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes.

You must not attempt to bypass credits, payment systems or access restrictions; interfere with website security; introduce malware; excessively scrape the service; reverse engineer protected systems; automate requests without permission; or intentionally disrupt the service.

You must not use generated content to impersonate, harass, defame or deceive another person or otherwise violate applicable law.

Petohra relies on third-party providers for services including authentication, hosting, artificial-intelligence processing, payments, image storage and product fulfilment.

We aim to keep Petohra available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

We may perform maintenance, correct errors, update features, change service providers or temporarily suspend functionality where reasonably necessary.

We are not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including major internet outages, payment-network failures, cyberattacks, government actions or failures of essential third-party infrastructure.

Petohra is provided with reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petohra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or damage resulting from misuse of the service.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would not be permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms when Petohra, our products, our service providers or applicable legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
